When is the PNW Mouse Meet?

The PNW Mouse Meet takes place each summer as a oneday celebration of all things Disney! Our 2026 event will be held at the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center in Everett, Washington. Visit the 2026 Event Details Page for the latest updates, schedules, and magical surprises as they’re announced.

Is this event part of The Walt Disney Company?

No. The PNW Mouse Meet is an Unofficial Disney Fan Event, created by Disney fans, for Disney fans. We are not affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries.

How can I get tickets?

Tickets are sold exclusively on our website. They are limited to ensure an intimate, high quality experience — and they sell out every year. No tickets will be available at the venue.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

No. Tickets must be purchased in advance through our website.

Are there hotels nearby?

Yes! Our official hotel partner is the Delta Hotels Seattle Everett by Marriott. Booking through the PNWMM Group Block keeps you close to the magic all weekend long. Other hotels are available in the area, but the Delta offers the most immersive PNWMM experience.

Can I bring my camera or video camera?

Absolutely! There will be plenty of magical photo opportunities with: Celebrities, Authors, Podcasters, Fan displays, Other Disney fans, And special surprises Photos and video are welcome throughout the event space. However, no audio or video recording is allowed during Guest Speaker presentations. Still photos are perfectly fine.

Will Guest Celebrity autographs cost extra?

Our Celebrity Guest Speakers will offer Meet & Greets throughout the day. Some may sell items or charge for autographs — this is entirely up to each individual guest. A PNWMM Team Member can provide details at the Meet & Greet areas during the event.

Will food be available?

Yes! You’ll find a variety of lunch options, snacks, and beverages available throughout the day. The Edward D. Hansen Conference Center offers themed treats and a delicious lunch kiosk.

Can I bring Disney items to sell?

Only registered vendors may sell items at the event. Unauthorized selling may result in removal without refund. If you’d like to be considered as a future vendor, email vendorinfo@pnwmousemeet.com.

Can I hand out business cards or advertising materials?

No. Only registered and paid vendors may distribute promotional materials or solicit guests. Violations may result in removal from the event. For future vendor opportunities, contact vendorinfo@pnwmousemeet.com.

Is there an ATM at the event?

Yes, there is an ATM available inside the event space. Bank fees may apply.

Do PNWMM and vendors accept credit cards?

  • The PNWMM Booth accepts both cash and credit cards.
  • Vendors vary — many accept credit cards, but some are cash only.
  • Charity Raffle Tickets are cash only.
  • Celebrity autograph fees may also be cash only.

Can I dress up in costume?

Yes! We welcome Disney Bounding and Cosplay. For everyone’s safety:

  • No weapons or realistic weapon replicas
  • Light sabers, hammers, and similar fantasy props are fine We can’t wait to see your creativity shine!
