General Rules & Information

To help ensure every Guest enjoys a smooth, safe, and truly magical Pacific Northwest Mouse Meet experience, please take a moment to review the guidelines below. These help us keep the event fun, welcoming, and full of pixie dusted joy for everyone.

Name Badges & CheckIn

• Your name badge must be worn at all times while attending the PNW Mouse Meet.
• Badges and lanyards are provided at the registration table during checkin.
• Tickets and name badges are nontransferable.
• Reselling, sharing, or unauthorized use of tickets or badges may result in removal from the event without refund.

Conduct & Courtesy

We want every Guest to feel welcome and safe.

• Inappropriate, unsafe, or disorderly behavior by any attendee, volunteer, or participant may result in actions deemed appropriate by PNW Mouse Meet LLC Management, including removal from the event.
• Please be kind, respectful, and considerate — it’s the Disney way.

Smoking & Vaping

In accordance with Washington State law, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the venue and must be done at least 25 feet away from any entrance.

Phones & Devices

To keep our presentations magical and distraction free:

• Please silence all phones and electronic devices during Guest Speaker sessions.
• Still photos are welcome in most areas including the Guest Speaker presentations, however video and audio recording is not permitted during Guest Speaker presentations.

Media & Recording

• All media representatives must check in with an official PNWMM representative upon arrival and declare any recording devices.
• Only preapproved media may photograph, film, or record inside the venue.
• By attending the event, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant PNW Mouse Meet LLC permission to use your likeness for event coverage, marketing, documentaries, and promotional purposes.

Merchandise & Disneyana

• Offensive, inappropriate, or counterfeit Disneyana may not be worn, displayed, or sold at any time.
• The PNW Mouse Meet reserves the right to determine whether an item is unsuitable.
• No selling of any items is permitted without prior written approval from PNW Mouse Meet LLC.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, Guests agree to assume all risks associated with participation. Guests also agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PNW Mouse Meet LLC, its affiliates, the venue, sponsors, vendors, and all associated personnel from any claims, losses, or damages.

Rule Enforcement

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the event. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a magical, safe, and memorable day for all.
