When is the PNW Mouse Meet?
The PNW Mouse Meet happens each year in the summer! This is a one day event. Please check the PNW Mouse Meet Details Page to see more details about the day of event as they become available.

Is this event part of the Disney Company?
No. This event is in no way affiliated with the Walt Disney Company and/or any of its affiliates. This event has been created by Disney Fans for Disney Fans and is considered an Unofficial Disney Fan Event.

How can I get tickets for the event?
Tickets are for sale ONLY on our website. Visit the Event Page for details. Tickets are limited to ensure an intimate experience and Tickets have Sold Out every year. No tickets will be available at the venue.

Can I get tickets at the door?
NO tickets will be available the day of the event or at the door.

Are there hotels nearby I can stay at?
Yes. The Embassy Suites Hotel in Lynnwood is once again our official hotel partner and NOW our main event venue!! Check out the Official Hotel Link on the PNWMM Event Page. Although there are other hotels in the Lynnwood area, staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel as part of the PNWMM Group Block provides an opportunity to stay immersed within the PNWMM Magic all weekend long!

Can I bring my camera or video camera?
Yes. There will be many photo opportunities with Celebrities, Authors, Podcasters, Displays, other Disney Fans and surprises. Photos and video are allowed in all areas of the events space. There is NO Audio or Video recording allowed during Guest Speaker Presentations. Photographs are ok.

Will it cost for Guest Celebrity Autographs:
Our Celebrity Guest Speakers will be available for Meet & Greet opportunities. Each Celebrity may have items for sale and/or may charge for autographs. This is up to the individual and is at their own discretion. Ask a PNWMM Team Member for details at the Meet/Greet areas during the event.

Will there be food available at the event?
Yes. There will be a variety of opportunities for food and beverages each day of the PNW Mouse Meet weekend! This will include Friday and Saturday night themed buffet dinners and a variety of items available for lunch. Both Buffet dinners and the lunches will be available for pre-purchase before the event and a limited quantity of each available the day of. Check our 2023 PNWMM Event page for more details.

Can I bring Disney Items to sell at the PNW Mouse Meet?
You must be a Registered Vendor in order to sell items at the PNW Mouse Meet event. No other unauthorized selling of items is allowed at the event and may be grounds for removal from the event without ticket refund or compensation. For future Vendor consideration, please email us at vendorinfo@pnwmousemeet.com for more information on how to become a vendor at this event.

Can I bring or hand out Business Cards, Information or Advertising at the event?
ONLY Registered & Paid Vendors are allowed to solicit and sell things to our Guests. No other solicitations of any kind are allowed. Any Guests violating this rule may be asked to leave the event. For future Vendor consideration, please email us at vendorinfo@pnwmousemeet.com for more information on how to become a vendor at this event.

Is there an ATM at the event?
Yes, there is an ATM in the entrance lobby at the hotel event space. Bank fees may apply.

Does PNWMM and/or Vendors accept Credit Card at the event?
The PNWMM Booth does accept cash and credit cards. Each Vendor is an individual entity and may or may not accept credit cards however many do. The Charity Raffle Tickets are Cash Only. Celebrity fees for autographs or other items for sale may be cash only.

Can I Dress Up in Costume for the PNW Mouse Meet?
We welcome Guests who  are Disney Bounding or Cosplay. We do not allow weapons such as knives, swords or other dangerous items. We also do not allow items that LOOK like dangerous weapons. Things like Light Sabers or Thor’s Hammer is acceptable. We look forward to seeing many amazing Cosplay and Bounding this year!
