The magic begins early, so plan to start your day with us bright and smiling! Checkin opens at 9:00 AM, where our team will be ready to greet you with warm hellos and plenty of pixiedusted energy.

At 10:00 AM, we kick things off with our very own PNWMM Rope Drop — a joyful tradition that sets the tone for an unforgettable day. And at 11:00 AM, our first Disney Guest Speaker takes the stage, so you’ll want to be settled in and ready for the magic to unfold. Be sure to bring your printed or eticket and a valid ID for checkin. After that, all you need is a big smile, your camera, and maybe a pocket full of pixie dust… we’ll take care of the rest!

Prepare your taste buds — because the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center is cooking up a delicious dose of magic for PNWMM 2026! Throughout the day, you’ll find whimsically themed snacks and treats inspired by the worlds we all love, along with a charming lunch dining kiosk offering a delightful variety of fresh sandwiches, crisp salads, hearty soups, and more to keep you fueled for all the fun.

We’re still sprinkling pixie dust on the final menu, but trust us… the lineup is shaping up to be as magical as the event itself. Stay tuned — the full food reveal is coming soon!

Because these meet & greets are so popular, we do need to keep things moving so that as many fans as possible can enjoy the experience. This may include limits on the number of items signed or the time spent with each guest. Some meet & greets or autographs may include a fee, and full details will be shared as we get closer to the event.

Get ready for one of the most thrilling traditions of the Pacific Northwest Mouse Meet — our Charity Raffle, where incredible prizes meet an even more incredible cause! This year, we’ve assembled a spectacular collection of AMAZING prize baskets, lovingly themed and overflowing with magic. You’ll find treasures inspired by Mickey Mouse, Walt Disney Imagineering, Club 33, signed book collections, a gorgeous Dooney & Bourke bag, stylish luggage, and so many other surprises that will make your heart skip a beat. But the real magic? Your raffle tickets help support two extraordinary organizations: Ryman Arts — founded by Disney Legend Marty Sklar in honor of Disney Legend Herb Ryman, empowering young artists from underserved communities to grow their talents, stay in school, and pursue college and creative careers. Seattle Children’s Hospital — providing worldclass care, hope, and healing to children and families throughout our region.

A quick note for planning: Raffle tickets are cash only, so be sure to bring enough with you to grab all the tickets your heart desires. There is an ATM on site however it will be limited. Wander through a wonderland of: Authors sharing their stories and signing their books, Original artwork and prints bursting with creativity, Jewelry, bags, and accessories inspired by the worlds we adore, Stickers, magnets, ornaments, handcrafted collectibles, Custom ears, unique creations, and so much more Disneyana. We’ll be revealing the full 2026 Vendor List as we get closer to event day, and trust us… it’s going to be magical.
