When to Arrive and Timing of Events
Check in begins at 9am. Rope Drop takes place at 10am and our first Guest Speaker begins at 11:30am. Be sure to arrive early and don’t miss a thing!
DO bring your ID as this is how we will check you in. Bring a smile, camera and a pocket full of Pixie Dust… We will do the rest!

The Embassy Suites Hotel has complimentary hot breakfast for those who have booked rooms and are staying at the hotel. The PNWMM and the hotel will be announcing several dining events including Friday Themed Dinner Buffet, Saturday (event day) Lunches and an exclusive Saturday Night Themed Dinner Buffet you won’t want to miss!! Announcements will be coming soon for dining details, pre-order opportunities and more!!

Celebrity Meet & Greets
All of our Guest Speakers will be available at various times to meet YOU! Because of high Guest demand to meet Guest Speakers we do have to limit time and items to be signed so that as many Guests can meet them as possible. There may be a charge to meet the Guest Speakers or for Autographs. More details will be confirmed as we get closer to the event date. We ask for your understanding and cooperation so that as many Guests as possible can meet our Guest Speakers. Thank you.

PNW Mouse Meet Photo Stops
Be sure to keep an eye out for PNW Mouse Meet Photo Stops all around the Event space! From amazing one of a kind displays and homages to Disney Park Icons to Disney Park Attractions Vehicles, there will be many unique ways to take that special photo!
Fan Displays and PNWMM Photo Opps
We will have several amazing Fan created displays for your enjoyment! We have once again worked very hard to Plus Up several displays and to create new and exciting photo opportunities to make magical memories.
Raffle for Charity
We again this year have put together a number of AMAZING Prize baskets… themed to Mickey Mouse, Walt Disney Imagineering, Club 33, Signed book collections, a Dooney & Bourke bag, luggage and so many other great things. Again this year we will be supporting the Ryman Arts which was founded by Disney Legend Marty Sklar in honor of Disney Legend Herb Ryman, helping underprivileged kids expand on their art skills, stay in school and go on to college and careers. The other benefactor of our Charity dollars is Seattle Children’s Hospital. We are proud to support both
of these fine charities. The Raffle Tickets are Cash Only so please be sure to bring enough to support your needs for Tickets. There is NO ATM on premise and there nearest bank is a couple of blocks away. You are going to LOVE these charity raffle prizes!!
Disneyana Vendors
We are excited for the variety of Vendors this year… several new and some past favorites! Authors, Original Art, Jewelry, bags, stickers, magnets, Custom Ears, Ornaments, all sorts of Disneyana and so much more! We will announce the full list of Vendors as we get closer to event day! Disney-Bounding & Cosplay
We LOVE seeing all the amazing costumes, bounding, ears, shoes, hats and so many other creative wearables…
Just a few rules: Please ensure your costumes and bounding are themed to Disney, safe, no weapons and is in good taste. PNWMM Team has the right to ask that dangerous items or inappropriate costumes be left in vehicles or at home. Guests that don’t follow these and other
rules may be asked to leave.
You may be photographed, or video recorded by PNWMM, Media or other Guests. We appreciate the work you put into your outfits and we can’t wait to see what you have created!!
Opportunity to Meet Other Disney Fans
One thing we’ve learned over the past 13 years, is that there have been SO many connections and friendships made at all the PNW Mouse Meet events through the years…One couple even met and got married! So don’t be shy about saying hello to every other Disney Fan you come across at the event…Remember…We ALL have the same thing in common!! So look forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones as well! And be sure to say hello to our PNWMM Team in the PNWMM Team Shirts!…They work hard so that you can have a Magical Day!
