Introduction
Tim Delaney brings a thirty-four year career at Walt Disney Imagineering and is now President of Tim J. Delaney Design Inc. a creative company of designers who develop, design and build projects throughout the world.
Tim Delaney graduated with Honors from Art Center College of Design in 1972, achieving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Design.
Four years after graduation, Tim began his thirty-four year career at Walt Disney Imagineering, the division of the Walt Disney Company that is the creative driving force behind the Disney theme parks, resorts, cruise ship lines, retail and dining experiences.
Mr. Delaney was a Vice President of Design and Creative Director that led his teams in the design of Disney theme parks projects throughout the world. With over $2.5 billion of completed projects that ranged from California, to Orlando, to Paris, France to Hong Kong and Shanghai, Tim Delaney was the Project Designer and Show Producer for all his attractions and led his teams by taking them from the preliminary concept phase, through development and construction to the Opening Day.

The key to Mr. Delaney’s success has been his ability to create unique concepts and ideas that start as initial illustrated visions and take them through construction. The key to developing successful projects for Disney is having the ability to clearly represent and define ideas to Disney management. Mr. Delaney’s skills as a designer and artist has been instrumental in the creation and success of the Disney projects he has created.
