COVID-19 Update

The PNW Mouse Meet follows the Covid guidelines set by the Embassy Suites Hotel venue, City of Lynnwood, and the state of Washington.

Currently there are no mandatory rules regarding Covid currently however things can change and will be updated here.

We do ask that if you feel sick, have a fever or have been exposed to someone with Covid in the past week that you please do not attend.

You are welcome to wear a face mask however it is not required.

We also recommend social distancing of at least 6 feet wherever possible.


General Rules & Information

Name badges must be worn at all times while on the premises and during the PNW Mouse Meet event. Name badges and lanyards will be distributed at the event registration table upon check in.

Name badges and tickets are non-transferable.

Reselling, transferring or other unauthorized use of tickets/name badges will be grounds for removal from the event and/or forfeit of the Tickets without compensation.

Inappropriate or disorderly conduct by any attending guest, volunteer or other person will result in actions deemed appropriate by the PNW Mouse Meet LLC Management and may result in expulsion from the event.

For the consideration of others and in accordance with Washington State law, the PNW MM requests that you refrain from smoking inside the Lynnwood Convention Center and within 25 feet of any entrance.

We request that you please silence your cell phones, beepers, and other electronic devices during speaker presentations so as to not disturb the show or other guests.

Offensive and/or counterfeit Disneyana may not be worn, displayed, or sold at any time during the PNW Mouse Meet event. The PNW Mouse Meet reserves the right to deem an item not suitable at their discretion. Any violations may result in expulsion from the event. There is absolutely no selling of any items without prior written agreement and permission of the PNW Mouse Meet LLC.

Cell phones, still cameras, and video cameras are welcome in main event areas.

Video Cameras or any other Video and/or Audio Recording devices MUST be turned off during the Guest Speaker Presentations.

All media representatives MUST check in with an Official PNW Mouse Meet representative upon arrival and announce any recording devices including still and video cameras as well as cell phones, computers, and/or other recording devices. ONLY pre-approved and authorized media are allowed to photograph, video, or otherwise record inside the Lynnwood Convention Center and at the PNW Mouse Meet event.

By attending the PNW Mouse Meet™ event you may be photographed, videotaped or voice recorded. By purchasing your ticket, all Guests in your party hereby agrees that PNW Mouse Meet LLC and its affiliates may use the guest’s name, likeness, photograph, recorded video and/or recorded voice in connection with the event for any and all purposes including but not limited to: media reporting, promotion, marketing, Event DVD’s, Documentaries for and in connection with the PNW Mouse Meet™.

By purchasing a ticket, Event Attendee(s) immediately assumes any and all risks and danger incidental to the event for which they are attending, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event. Event attendee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PNW Mouse Meet™ and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors and assigns, the facility, participants, participating advertisers, vendors, sponsors, and clients, and the respective owners, officers, directors, agents and employees of each from and against all liability, actions, claims, demands, judgments, penalties, fines, losses, property damage, other injuries.

Disregard of any of these rules may be grounds for removal.
